TiVo on Monday announced the $49.99 TiVo Roamio OTA DVR, a device that will provide cable and satellite service to those who aren’t currently subscribed. The device essentially hooks up to any HD antenna for over-the-air broadcasts, giving users access to a limited number of channels.
