If your iPhone 4s or iPad 2 is just slow and sluggish ever since you upgraded to iOS 7 or later, you'll be happy to hear that it is now possible to downgrade to iOS 6.1.3 on those devices, which would bring you back to the Scott Forstall days of iOS when iOS was skeuomorphic instead of flat.
